Geocache Description:

A lovely walk up one of several routes from Betwys-y-Coed to a gorgeous view of Snowdonia. Many other caches in the forest below, but none this high up the path!

The cache is at ground level, near to the entrance to a field on a public footpath.

A mini cache (small tupperware tub) with tradeables, log and (at least initially) a pencil. First to find will get some paracord keyrings :)

This geocache is located by the 17th Century Cottage called Coed Mawr. Here you can see the beautiful views of the Glyder range, Mt Snowdon and Moel Siabod all in one spectacular vista.

The climb from Betws-y-Coed is fairly strenuous, but worth it for the views - watch out for Mountain bikes about half way up as there is a track here.

The cache is at ground level, near to the entrance to a field on a public footpath.

The cache is NOT in the drystone wall nearby. Please do not remove any stones from the wall as you will not find the cache in there!

Happy cacheing!
