Tools of the Trade: Telescoping pole Traditional Cache

Tools of the Trade are tools that geocachers use to place or replace geocaches.  I used a telescoping pole to place this cache.

This geocache has been placed in a winter friendly position in a South Moorhead parking lot with permission from the lot owner. The proper TOTT will be useful as you hunt for the smiley. Please replace the cache as found and let me know if you have trouble returning it to its proper place and I will go replace it.
