Geocache Description:

This is the 9th in a series of caches based on the Solar System. Solar System #8 Neptune is the 8th planet from the Sun (Solar System #1),  5.2km from the 1st cache, 4,503,000,000 km in reality. The remaining 7 (Venus, Mercury, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn & Uranus) are placed at increasing intervals from 'The Sun' on theoretical orbits i.e not linear but at increasing distances in differing directions.

You are looking for a Neptune shaped tin. As the furthest planet from the Sun (Solar System #1) it is fitting that this cache will take you through Ware's neighbouring town of Hertford and well on the way to Welwyn.

The cache is situated on the Cole Green Way which is a dismantled railway. It is a wonderful route for cycling, running, walking or horse riding. You are guaranteed to see all of these whenever you visit.

The cache is situated just off the main path on the north side.
