The cache is at the listed coordinates, but additional logging requirements must be completed before you can log a smiley.
You must have found a cache in four different directions N (North), S (South), E (East) and W (West) that are at least 1000 miles away from the cache. You must list the countries name, the name of the cache, the GC# and the date found.
Bushbob and I qualify this way, all he has to do is to find the cache and log it.
