Welcome to the latest installment in Team GreenWoodTurner puzzles! We recently solved a rather interesting puzzle (which we hope to someday find), and decided to share a variation of that puzzle with the local caching community. To some, it will be straightforward, while to others, especially the British ... well ... it just may seem like a bunch of rot.
We will tell you upfront that any ciphers used here are ones you should all be familiar with ... maybe not in the way that we're using them, but there is no rocket science being used here. We will also tell you that none of the ciphers use an encryption key, so hopefully that will reduce the amount of hair you pull out while solving this puzzle
