Thank God It's Pi Day Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

Steve-e-b: It's time to wrap this one up.
A final thank you to all who attended. Good to see all the TBs have been picked up (including the large car, which I thought had my name on ... I assume that was you FMF).
See you all soon.

Geocache Description:

A gathering to celebrate Pi Day at the pie pub in Lowsonford.

12:30pm, Saturday 14th March, The Fleur de Lys

Attend and bag a couple of souvenirs.

The 14th of March is international Pi Day. It's an annual event, but this year is extra special because the date will read 3.14.15 ... yes, it's the American date format, but go with it!

Geocaching.com is awarding souvenirs to those who attend an event on this auspicious occasion and a second souvenir for those who find a puzzle cache.

The event starts at 12:30. Giving enough time to have lunch before a new puzzle cache is released at the traditional Pi time, 1:59pm.
To honour the power of Pi, indulge in a Fleur de Lys pie from the menu.

I will reserve some tables for people eating.
Please let me know by Friday 6th March how many in your group plan to eat. If you can also tell me what you'd like from the menu I can place a pre-order, which means food will arrive promptly and together.
(Choosing food is not necessary. It just means you won't wait as long to be served.)

We, the undersigned, offer our appreciation to the number Pi ...
