When I was a kid, and new people moved in the area they would receive a basket of goodies from the Welcome Wagon! While this is no basket of goodies, it is our way of welcoming them back home.
You might see them in the area, out walking my GrandDog, Diamond, or riding their bikes, so if you do, give them a big “welcome to the neighborhood, hello!”
