Did you know you can pan for gold at Nugget Lake County Park? The creek near here is available for that - I have not done it, but I think there are folks each summer who enjoy looking for those small gold nuggets. Bring your own equipment and give it a try!
Nice-sized container here with room for trade items and trackables. Cache is along the black trail. Park open from 6am-10pm. Please stay off the groomed trails during ski season.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the land manager at the Baldwin DNR office of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resouce managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.

Nugget Lake County Park is located about 30 miles east of River Falls in Pierce County. Park hours are 6am-10pm. A daily fee of $5 (or annual fee of $30) is required for entrance.
