Geocache Description:

A nano cache near the rugby club.

Llantwit Major Rugby Football Club is a Welsh rugby union club based in Llantwit Major in Wales. Llantwit Major RFC is a member of the Welsh Rugby Union and is a feeder club for the Cardiff Blues.^[2]

It is believed that rugby was played in Llantwit Major as far back as 1880, though the first recorded game was in 1889 against a team from Cowbridge. The club disbanded during the Second World War but reformed soon after and in 1962 gained membership to the Welsh Rugby Union.

A good cache for kids as is is not very hard and is in a park. The cache contains a log book only - please bring your own pen. Have fun caching!
