Geocache Description:

Cache is not at the posted coordinates, but parking is there (except first and third Monday from 8:00 to noon). The cache is within a few hundred feet along flat and easy terrain. The path is not wheelchair accessible unless you are OK with running over a bit of foliage.

You are looking for a small waterproof container hidden in a standard way. It is accessible without leaving the asphalt, so please do not tear up the greenery. There is room for trade items, coins, and small trackables, but BYOP.
