Just on another area here in this historic city.

One must be aware of muggles and all that crawl and bite, of course we live in the RGV!! Something new and it is done outdoors, what more does a geocacher want!! There is a parking lot at a park nearby that one may be able to park their geo-auto, unless you care to bike it to the cache location.
