Geocache Description:

Camo-ed cylinder en route to Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO), BYOP. Room for small trackables and tags. NO SWAG!

The cache is hidden in a tree at the intersection of the road to JRO and the access road to the power plant. Gloves would be a good idea as well as poking around with a stick to scare off any small lizards that may by resting there.
