The number π is a mathematical constant, the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter, commonly approximated as 3.14159. It has been represented by the Greek letter "π" since the mid-18th century, though it is also sometimes spelled out as "pi"
The decimal representation of π never ends and never settles into a permanent repeating pattern. As of 2013 scientists have calculated the decimal representation of π to over 13.3 trillion digits. I have heard that there are some amazing things buried withing π. I decided to look for the coordinates to this cache, and to my surprise, they were there.
For the purposes of this puzzle, you need only use the first 1 million decimal digits of π. North and west coordinates will be found separately but used together to determine the closest possible coordinates in π to the published coordinates. For example, if the published coordinates were found in π, they would appear like 4005727 and 7606676 (leading zero for W coords not used). Happy hunting!
