After spending some time near aircraft I've learned some terminology....such as "No Fly ZOne".
No Fly Zone refers to air space off-limits to the air force of a certain country. The term received a lot of media attention after the first Iraq war when the Iraqi air force was not allowed to fly in areas prohibited by the U.N.
The area your in you may here the faint buzzing in the far distant..but nothing near by as it's a no fly zone.
