These puzzles are twins in that the puzzles are similar, and that the finals are very near each other.
This cache is dedicated to my Russian Tortoise Arnel. He doesn't have much to say, but from his nods and shrugs, I deduce that he would like you (and everyone) to know more about tortoises.

The cache is located at N 40 39.ABC W 111 50.FED. GPS reception is not great, so use the hint. Let me know if you get a reading radically different from mine. I took several measurements and compared with satellite imagery. I hope it's close enough!
