Geocache Description:

Take a bow and be proud, MelJoe17, for finding 1,000 geocaches!

I got to meet both Mel and Joe (their a geocaching couple under one name) in Willow River State Park, along with miked067, muddajay, and my brother. Our mission; to prove it missing and replace one of muddajay's caches. We made light of the journey by talking. Thanks to MelJoe17, I had a great time (who knew cache maintenance could be so much fun!)!

Mel is social and very appreciative. Joe is calm and great at finding caches. I would like everyone to save the FTF for MelJoe17.

This cache is hidden off an old railroad grade that is on the St. Croix Moraine, which was formed during the Ice Ages. Just park on the road by the gate. This cache does take a lot of bushwhacking and has a lot of elevation change.

Thanks jodibee for the ammo can and the use of your paints Thanks muddajay for helping us get the cache done.
