Geocache Description:

Three of Clubs

Our target cache for the day was Osos Jones, Queen of Lost Osos. We decided to take the Rim Trail in Montana de Oro up to it since we haven't been on it before and it seemed to be about the same distance as the other way. We started our hike very near Shark Inlet Vista cache. There are some great views into Hazard Canyon along the way.

About This Hike: What to expect

The trail starts with the steepest part first. After a short way, the incline flattens out. There is some sand early on but this gives way to hard-pack soon enough. The trail will be warm in hot weather - take water!
