Sjezd řeky Kněžné můžeme začít v Rychnově nad Kněžnou a ukončit v Bělé. Celý úsek protékající loukami je určen zkušeným vodákům a je sjízdný na jaře nebo po deštivém období. Může zkusit sjet také úsek nad Rychnovem, ale je zde mnoho kolmých, různě vysokých stupňů v regulovaném korytě, které mohou být za vyššího stavu vody nebezpečné.
Spływ Kněžną możemy rozpocząć w Rychnowie nad Kněžnou i zakończyć w Bělé. Cały odcinek przepływający przez łąki jest przeznaczony dla wprawnych wodniaków i jest spławny wiosną i po okresach deszczowych. Możemy również popłynąć szlakiem na odcinku nad Rychnovem, ale tu spotkamy szereg pionowych progów o różnej wysokości znajdujących się w uregulowanym korycie, które mogą być niebezpieczne w warunkach wyższego poziomu wody.
KNĚŽNÁ – RIVER
You can go rafting/canoeing down the Kněžná river, starting in Rychnov nad Kněžnou and ending in Bělá. The entire meadow-crossing section is for expert water sports enthusiasts only and is navigable in the spring and following the rainy season. There is also an alternative trail, i.e. the section above Rychnov, but it features many vertical gradients of different height in a bedrock-controlled channel, which may be dangerous when the water level is high.
