The project of "Fly the Flyover Operation" was developed in line with the concept of energizing Kowloon East with a vibrant waterfront.
"Fly the Flyover01" was the kick-off project of "Fly the Flyover Operation" with the aims to open up the fenced-off lands underneath the Kwun Tong Bypass for public enjoyment. An open-style design was adopted for the venue and it would be maintained as a public space for people to relax and enjoy freely. This informal creative, arts, cultural and performance venue provides an alternative to different parties for organizing various activities including music, dancing, exhibitions and sports events.
The cache is located in a the iconic tower that is public accessible.
