2nd Century in Bloom # 3 ___ 1912 Trip to England
Story cards found within each geocache will highlight a few of the elements that make Stan Hywet unique and will also bring to life the hands and minds that were involved in its creation- from the Seiberlings and their famous designers to the immigrant laborers and skilled craftsmen who brought their plans to fruition.
Each cache container contains a logbook to sign, your ‘proof of find’. Please do not leave any other trinkets or swag behind. Also no travel bugs as they could possibly sit in the cache for too long. As always, please rehide the geocache where you found it and conceal it well so that the next finders will have the same fun as you. Thanks!
As you log your finds, tell us your story and how you have helped us celebrate our “2nd Century” already in Bloom. We love reading your comments. Thanks for visiting and happy trails!
For Geocachers, the best tour is the Self Guided Grounds tour. This will give you access to the grounds to hunt our geocaches at your own pace. With this tour not only do you get the historic gardens and grounds to explore, you also get access to the Gate Lodge and the Corbin Conservatory (greenhouse).
Please check our main website at http://www.stanhywet.org for more detailed information on admissions and visiting.
