Beautiful views of Glanmacness Waterfall from this spot. You can walk from Glenmacness carpark to the cache - be careful of the deep drainage ditch on the side of the road - for a steep walk to the cache, or find it on the way to or from Kanturk. North-West of Scarr is a 561m hill lying between Scarr and Kanturk which I'm calling "Scarr West Top" :-P. Cache is a black plastic container tub located behind/under a large rock.
