Bigfoot in San Diego??? YES, really! Come on down and see for yourself. There will be great photo opportunities.
This 3-stage multi-cache is hidden on the grounds of the San Diego River Garden, which is run by an organization called the San Diego River Park Foundation. We have obtained specific permission from the Administrative Staff of the San Diego River Park Foundation to hide this cache here.
You will be searching for Bigfoot prints that will help you find the Coordinates to the Next WP and then finally to the Physical Cache Location. The final physical cache is small and very well camouflaged cylinder container.
When you get to the general GZ or you may have already seen something from the freeway ... a person could make the assumption that the final WP (physical cache) location is rather obvious, but that assumption will be wrong. You will need to find the first two WP's to have any realistic chance of finding the Final WP.
We suggest you park and start your quest here: N 32 46.613 W 117 07.351. There is a small paved area just outside the metal gate to park a vehicle. Do Not be alarmed or misled by some of the posted signs in the area. Public visitors are always welcomed to the San Diego River Garden. Just be respectful of all the plants and other vegetation. Many volunteers have spent countless hours to build and maintain this beautiful Urban River Garden. ALL of the WP's are on or very near well marked paths. There is NO need for any type of bushwhacking. Each WP is about 200 to feet to the next WP. The total distance between the first WP and the final WP is less than 0.25 of mile.
Looking for BIGFOOT tracks. The first three sets of coordinates will take you to the general GC search zone, then from that point, you will need to search the ground to find a actual an actual Bigfoot print ... with the coordinates attached on the actual footprint.
The written coordinates for the Final WP is the exact hiding location of the physical cache (a small well camouflaged cylinder container).
Happy Hunting!
