This cache is located on snider ave. The cache is a stone throw away from a gorgeous building that used to be the snyder ave elementary school. This is the school that my father attended over 45 years ago so i thought it would be fun to put a cache near by. Waynesboro currently has four elementary schools but at one time had more then twice that. Over the decades new larger schools were built to replace the older neighborhood schools. Lucky some of them were repurposed rather than torn down, such as this one which was renovated for use as apartments
The cache is a Micro, located several yards from the school on the side walk. Perfect cache if your out for an evening walk.
