Clay4 & whtwolfden have adopted a piece of the ET Highway directly in front of the town of Rachel, NV and need your help to clean it up!

On Saturday May 2nd at 10:00am, we will all meet at the posted coordinates where instructions will be given and safety vests and bags handed out.

Gloves, water and sunscreen go without saying. But also feel free to bring trash grabbing tools or your own CITO safety vests if you'd like.

Adults only! NDOT rules state no one under 18 can join in the roadside trash pickup but they can stay at the posted coordinates or inside the Alien restaurant located there with supervision.

And don't forget, May 2nd and 3rd also signal the beginning of geocaching, some 15 years ago. On May 2, 2000, GPS signals were descrambled, increasing the accuracy of GPS devices worldwide by ten times. The following day, what would become known as the first geocache was hidden.

Celebrate 15 Years of Geocaching on May 2nd and 3rd by finding any geocache or attending any geocaching event. You’ll earn a new digital souvenir for your geocaching profile.
