Marko Ramius: Hello, I am a volunteer for Geocaching.com and I have just re-reviewed your new cache submission. I am archiving this listing due to a problem with the cache that was not picked up on initial review.
The problem is that this cache appears to be placed within 150 feet of railroad tracks. Geocaching.com cache placement guidelines prohibit caches placed near railroad tracks. The guidelines provide, in pertinent part, as follows:
Caches may be quickly archived if we see the following (which is not inclusive):
...
Caches hidden in close proximity to active railroad tracks. In general we use a distance of 150 ft but your local area’s trespassing laws may be different. All local laws apply.
You will find the guidelines here: http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#sat
If you are wondering why this Guideline exists, you are welcome to take a look at this link: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?ID=21328&log=y#322202
And this one as well: http://www.trainweb.org/richard/OCoot/Orange_County_OOT_March_2007.html
If there is a barrier between the tracks and the cache, or if the tracks are inactive, then your cache can be re-listed.
Thank you for your understanding and for your contributions to the sport.
