How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

This geocaching is aimed at teaching Girl Scouts about geocaching, how coordinate systems work, and mapping in general.  This spawned from a co-leader experience between a father and daughter.  We hope others use it, learn about geocaching, and add to it.

This geocache was made for a Girl Scout project.  My daughter and I love to geocache and so we worked together to build a unique water resistant geocache that we could share with the community.  We will co-teach a Girl Scout session on geocaching to her troop and hand out badges if they successfully uncover it.
