Creekside? Traditional Cache

This is an access road to the powerlines, I imagine. However in spring when the snow is melting it becomes a flowing creek.  If there's still snow on the ground, I'd recommend bringing some hiking poles...it's slippery!Edit: as of June 2018 this is not a motorized vehicle friendly access point aka no ATV or dirt bikes  

Cache is a regular lock and lock hidden not far from the tracks/trail/creek/road (<seasonal dependent description).
