Ericssonska Stiftelsen
Housing complex that is originally a donation from the family foundation of Lars Magnus Ericsson - the inventor and "telephone industrialist" (1846 - 1926)
Bostadsområde som ursprungligen donerades av Lars Magnus Ericssons familj - uppfinnare och telefon-industri-magnat (1846 - 1926)

Residential area, beautiful architectural classicism style of stone construction from 1920's. Originally 71 one-room-lodgings designated specifically for "senior citizens without sufficient means". Built 1927-1933 in classical park environment, designed by the City architect Gunnar Wetterling.

Renovated winter of 1998 into 19 modern family-homes and 28 student-dormitories.

Bostadsområde, klassicistisk arkitektur, stenkonstruktion från 1920-talet. Ursprungligen 71 enrumsbostäder anpassade speciellt för "äldre medel-lösa". Byggdes 1927-1933 i en klassisk park-miljö, ritat av stadsarkitekt Gunnar Wetterling.

Hela området renoverades och rustades 1998, till 19 moderna familje-bostäder och 28 studentrum.
