Once upon a long time ago, there lived a grumpy old troll. He moved in under this bridge right after it was built. All he wanted was to be left alone, to listen to the soothing sound of the water splashing against the shore. But people were always stomping with their heavy feet over the bridge! He could never get a good days sleep. So with the help of the forest fairies, he charmed the bridge so that no one could cross it. It is said that you must bring the troll a gift and leave it in his box, in order to be allowed to cross. P.S. Trolls love shiny things. FTF is a minature leather bound book of troll riddles, inside a velvet pouch.
