This geocache IS NOT on the highway!!
I already placed a cache Down Under the highway...this one is Up...and above :)
Go to the starting coordinates (NOT on the highway!!) and take a look down under, at the highway. Look for a small green sign which says: XY kilometers. It is from the side looking to south, on the right side of the road.
A = Y+1
B = X-Y-1
