This is a small film container that is hidden inside a camophlaged container to protect it fro the elements. This is an intersection of two county roads, so there is plenty of room to park that is off the driving lane. Traffic is uaually at minimum, but there may be a few Muggles come by - be creative and look innocent !!!!
