CCARS15 - Don't Make Your Nurse Cross #4 Mystery Cache

There are multiple ways to go about solving this magic square. You will need to unscramble the letters in each box to form a 5-letter word. This word will answer one of the clues/questions provided on a separate sheet. Place the corresponding number in the inner (small) box, with each row and column adding up to 65. Finally, write the first letter of each word on the numbered dash at the bottom of the page to reveal the final coordinates. I have provided the first one as an example.
