This cache resurrects an earler cache of same name: Information Literacy GCPVB5. The CO moved out of the area and this cache was archived. Well, this cache is simply too good to not bring back for others enjoyment. So, with all credit to the prior CO Headache, enjoy.
Stage 1 is a laminated piece of paper. When you get to the coords, think outside the box. Or maybe inside the box. One of those two modes of thinking may work. This cache may be over your head.
You've just received your set of clues for stage 1. Not encrypted, but certainly cryptic. Have a seat and ponder this one if you're stuck. Put your head in your hands, and shake your head from side to side. Maybe this will help you spot stage 1.
Stage 2's container is big enough only to hold a log book -- although there is a pencil, but if it is missing, I'm sure one will be readily available to you for free. Just remember that this area is full of muggles -- you'll have to be very quiet retrieving it.
