THIS IS DANGEROUS. BE CAREFUL. The hint is very helpful in finding the cache. Use this and be safe while looking. We don't want any injuries because of this cache. This is for extreme cachers only. This is not a kid-friendly cache because of the terrain of the cache. Please Walk up on the left side of the shale because it is much easier to climb. If you attempt to climb the hill on the right, then know that I did warn you if you fall down. If you utilize the left side of the terrain, then it will be much easier for you to access the cache. I wanted to do one in this spot because I've always wanted to stop here in my car. You will know you are close whenever you find a great place to stop and sit down. This hiding spot is actually where we stopped originally to catch our breath because the hike up the hill is quite strenuous! Once you find the cache, then you should understand exactly what I'm talking about. The cache is not all the way at the top of the hill, so if you've gone farther than 3/4 of the way to the top, then you've gone to far. Take a seat next to the cache, and enjoy the beauty of this location. We had several drivers screaming at us to get down, and they also said not to fall.... but we were very careful when climbing this cache. There are several other locations close to this cache that have similar terrain. We want to eventually do several of these types of caches in the shale pits because who doesn't love shale pits? They are so much fun. Be very careful when pulling into the parking spots marked on this cache. This intersection is fairly busy, so this is a great early morning cache if you can make it happen.
