Ubicado en el parque Peralta, llamado también El Parque de los Enamorados gracias a su iluminación y estilo romántico, en este sitio se inició el primer caserío del municipio, en el marco de este parque se construyó la conocida capilla llamada el Humilladero o Nazareno.
