This cache is part of a series of caches that I have hidden in alley ways around Waynesboro. All of the caches in this series are named after villians from the TV Series Doctor Who. In this case, the Vashta Nerada are a race of carnivorous shadows that attach to their prey then devour them.
The cache its self is located along a building near were an alley termintates into a parking lot.
Parking is readily avalible here but as always, watch out for muggles.
