Geocache Description:

Went for a hike today to check on Jeff View Shelter. Thought I would place a cache on the way in.Light snow and breezy this morning. Cache is in a camo instant coffee jar. Elevation at snow gate on the 16 rd ( three creek lake road) where I parked is around 5100'.The shelter is at about 5800'. Just folow the 700 rd up to the cache and up to the shelter if you want the hike. I did not back track and my round trip was about 5 miles. The find could be tough with an accumulation of snow.
