The cache marks the boundary between Whixall and Coton. It is off the lane on the grass verge but being narrow lanes please be aware and careful of heavy agricultural vehicles and other road users.
This cache is a continuation of the Whixall Lane series and marks the boundary and one of the many roads in and out of Whixall. There is no marked lane name on a map but the area is known as Lower Houses. Interestingly the location is marked as only 98m below sea level on my GPSr whereas as the other areas are on average above 105m. Only a slight drop in elevation here.
