Welcome to my cabin series highlighting a small piece of history of the area. Someone used to live here. A homesteader, a miner or woodsman of some kind. Whatever it was that brought that person(s) to this spot to make a home is unknown. But, they chose this spot to make a home. And why did they leave? That too is unknown. Something made them leave their home to nature and the elements. So now we can visit this spot and ponder what was.
This cache is also known as Clark Creek Cabin.
A Discover Pass is required.
To get here: Take WA20 east out of Colville. When you get to the intersection with Tacoma Creek Rd., take a left. Cabin will be off to the right. A good parking area is just a short ways north across the bridge. Enjoy the area.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK OR ATTEMP THIS CACHE FROM THE HIGHWAY!!
