To get the final coordinates you will need to add X to the longitude and Y to the latitude of these coordinates:
N 41° 33.360 W 083° 35.769

X = floor((42 * 7) / 2) - 147
Y = ceiling((26 * 3) + 8) - 86

The floor function always rounds down, so floor(1.9) = 1
The ceiling function always rounds up, so ceiling(1.1) = 2
