Port Newry, Seaforth Boat Ramp, Victor Creek, ... plenty of names, but we always knew it as "Victor Harbour".
Gateway to the Newry Islands and those further out. A popular spot for locals to launch their tinnies, but the (now) well maintained ramp is big enough for much larger boats. We used to call it "harbour", as there always used to be a couple of larger boats moored in the creek. And when the weather blew up, some of the local trawler fleet used to seek shelter in here too. Not much left of the local trawler fleet any more.
There are some basic facilities in the area, but it is really only a boat ramp.
The cache was originally a small bison container,
now it's a nano (thanks to "atjmb"), so bring a pen.
