Thick as a Brick is the fifth studio album by Jethro Tull.The album has only one song,which is the title.Deliberately crafted as a "concept" album and "over the top" parody,the original packaging,designed like a newspaper,claims the album to be a musical adaptation of an epic poem by a fictional 8 year old genius,though the lyrics were actually written by frontman voaclist and flautist Ian Anderson.It's great music released in 1972 and I saw them perform it live in Minneapolis.Front row seats.Check out youtube.No one plays flute like Ian Anderson.
