This Has Got "Rock" Written All Over It Traditional Cache

With spring upon us and the weather cooperating, I thought it was high time I hid another cache in the area.  After one of my caches suffered a fatal blow, due to the fast pace of development in Spruce Grove, this one will serve to replace that which has gone missing.  This is a very busy location, at certain times of the day, and some relative stealth must be exercised to avoid detection.

The cache is a micro container and may be hard to spot if you don't know what you're looking for.  I will apply a higher difficulty level for this one, for the time being, and may adjust it as I hear about everyone's experience.  This cache may prove difficult for some or may reveal itself more easily to others.  I think it will be challenging for even the most seasoned cacher.  A hint will be a dead giveaway for this cache and I will refrain from providing one at this time.  Please try to avoid any spoilers in your logs.
