This cache is to honor the 25th Anniversary of the Hubble Space Telescope! It was launched on April 24, 1990 on the Space Shuttle Discovery, and is nearly the size of a large school bus. It has brought us so much information about the universe, such as the age of the universe, which is 13 to 14 billion years old. It orbits the earth every 97 minutes, at a speed of approximately 17,000 miles per hour.
An informal talk about the telescope is found at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Hubble_space_telescope.ogg
