Geocache Description:

Fifth in a series of caches for kids at the Berwick Test Track Area.  BYOP

This cache is named for Uncle Wiggily Longears, a character in newspapers and books by Howard R. Garis.  You're looking for a small themed container with room for a log and small swag a short distance off the path.  Please hide as well or better than found. BYOP.

Hoppin' Down the Bunny Trail is a series of kids caches leading to a large final cache dedicated to our granddaughters.  The intent was to provide a nice family day of caching in a great setting.   We tried to keep the bushwhacking to a minimum.

Caches are also designed to highlight the Berwick Test Track Area.  The Park is only open during daylight hours. Test Track was originally used to test tanks produced be the American Car and Foundry company in the center of town.  The factory had been dedicated to manufacturing tanks for the World War II effort.  The Test track has been being revitalized in recent years.  Ball fields and a new boat launch have been built. 2 trails are there and figure into this series.  The Test Track Area has become a focal point for activities for Baseball and soccer and for the annual Riverfest.  We hope you'll enjoy this riverside recreation area.
