Geocache Description:

The container at this location is a Bison Tube. After signing the log sheet please roll it up and place it in the cap. Then screw on the bottom piece. This prevents the log sheet from being crushed and difficult to sign. Thank You!

These caches are on some of the rural roads of Pike County. Enjoy the less traveled roads and see some unusual, interesting and historic places

This cache has been placed at a neat little roadside spring discovered along Route 100 just South of Pearl Illinois.

The water from this spring is sweet and clear as crystal. No chemicals but time and the cleansing system of limestone and pressure. People from around the area have used this spring for years and still do. Bring a cup or jug and sample what nature has to offer.

The container is a Camo Painted Bison Tube Container that holds only a log sheet.

Bring a writing instrument to sign the log – this cache has a small log sheet so sign with date and name only.

Bugs, Insects, Critters, Snakes or Poisonous Plants could be present. Search accordingly.

Access to this cache is by a single-track dirt/gravel pull off area. Use some discretion when leaving the main roadway if the ground is wet.
