Geocache Description:

I have found a few caches at this location over the years and when Team Red Oak let me know the location was available, I decided to give it another cache.

Now as you may have sumised from the name, our County Officers like to keep an eye on things from this location. I recommend you park on Governor Stone Parkway across the street as there are several No Parking signs at this location. There is a crosswalk to use. Please be safe crossing East West Blvd.

This may be a very tough find depending on your approach and mindset.
