The Hunger games series of geocaches is created by the game maker aka The Goldie Diggers. Its a competitive series much like the books and movies The Hunger Games, the only difference is no one dies.

District 3 - Technology

This is a sponsor cache, which means the more people that log and find this or any sponsor cache the more points that district earns from your finds. District 3 is made up of Sevencards and Stargzing.
