Cedar Creeks Preserve is part of the Wood County Park System. It is located at the intersection of Walbridge Rd. and State Rt. 51. Trails are flat crushed stone. A mix of wet woods and grasslands, this 42-acre preserve features hiking trails allowing visitors to see a remnant Black Swamp woods. Spring wildflowers are a seasonal feature. The park also has a nice playground and an open shelter house with picnic tables. In the past I have seen deer besides smaller wildlife here. Placing the caches here I saw butterflies and took one tick home with me.
Cache is 3 feet off trail. No need to bush wack for a long distance.

One thing to remember is we grow our mosquitos big and hungry.
