WWFM XII - Phooning at the Capitol - Madison, WI Event Cache

An event to show off your phooning ability and for some geochat.

Phooning: v. the act of striking a pose where all the limbs are bent at the joints, and the body is bent forward at the waist. 

This is your chance to attend an event on World Wide Flash Mob Day. Thousands of geocachers around the world will be flashing at the same time.  What fun is that!  On top of that, we will be on the Wisconsin State Capitol grounds.

We will arrive in the area of GZ around 11:45am, but please do not draw attention to what will happen.  At noon, when the cow bell sounds (it's a Wisconsin thing), we will all strike our best phooning poses. Please make sure that we do not block people from walking past us. We want to phoon for a good 5 minutes, before gathering for a group picture afterwards.  The event will be during the weekly farmers market, so there will be lots of muggles around to watch us!  The flash will end when the cow bell sounds again.
